These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase of tickets for Forever Presents events and the use of this website. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
This website and the Forever Presents brand are operated by Global Ticketing Ltd ("Global Ticketing", "Forever Presents", "we", "us" or "our"), a company registered in England & Wales.
Global Ticketing operates the Forever Presents brand, promotes its events, sells tickets and processes payment as the seller and merchant of record for those events. Each Event is also subject to the venue's conditions of entry, which apply in addition to these terms.
The goods and services sold through this website are tickets and admission to the events listed. Tickets are delivered electronically; no physical goods are shipped by us. Where tickets are sold through a third-party ticketing platform (for example Skiddle, or amsterdamforever.com for Amsterdam Forever), that platform's terms may also apply. Official Forever Presents merchandise is sold separately by our retail partner at ravesupplies.shop.
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase Tickets subject to these terms. A binding contract is formed when we issue your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where Tickets are unavailable, where a pricing or description error is identified, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
Tickets are normally delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout and presented as a digital barcode or wristband for entry. It is your responsibility to provide accurate details and keep your Tickets secure. Duplicate or copied barcodes may be refused. Forever Presents events are strictly 18+; valid photo ID may be required, and admission is subject to the venue's conditions of entry, security checks and capacity.
If an Event is cancelled in full, you will be entitled to a refund of the Ticket face value in accordance with these terms. Booking and service fees may be non-refundable except where required by law.
If an Event is postponed or rescheduled, your Tickets will normally remain valid for the new date. Where a refund is offered or required, we will notify you of how to claim it.
Tickets are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased, other than as set out above or where you have a right to a refund under applicable law. The statutory 14-day right to cancel for distance purchases does not normally apply to tickets for events on a specified date. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first at info@globalticketing.co.uk and we will work to resolve it promptly — we aim to acknowledge enquiries within two working days. Raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank before contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to provide our payment processor with records of your order and ticket delivery in response to any dispute.
Tickets must not be resold or transferred for commercial gain without our prior written consent. Tickets obtained or used in breach of these terms may be cancelled without refund.
From time to time we may run promotions, presale ticket access, discounts or competitions (including through our community, The Forever Family). Any such promotion is subject to its own specific terms, made available at the point of entry or purchase. Unless stated otherwise: offers cannot be combined, have no cash alternative and may be amended or withdrawn at any time; competition winners are chosen fairly and notified using the contact details provided; and presale access is offered subject to availability and does not guarantee a ticket. Promotions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over unless specified.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for loss arising from an Event that is cancelled, postponed or changed is limited to the refund entitlements described above. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the relevant Tickets.
All content on this website, including the Forever Presents and Global Ticketing names, logos, text and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce or use it without our permission.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
